If you subscribed in the app, open Bounds and go to Settings → Subscription. It's handled through your App Store or Google Play account.
If you subscribed here on the web, the link in your confirmation email opens your subscription page. You can cancel, change your payment method, or download receipts there. Can't find the email? Write to us and we'll resend it.
Open the app, go to You → Settings → Subscription, and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and will restore automatically.
If you subscribed in the app, it's managed through your app store. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, use the link in your confirmation email instead.
Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version, we'll look into it.
If you're moving between iPhones, your data transfers automatically via iCloud backup. For cross-platform moves (iOS to Android or vice versa), email us and we'll help you migrate.
Yes. Your decisions, scripts, and personal reflections stay on your device, Bounds is local-first. We collect anonymous usage analytics (like which features are used) to improve the app, but your boundary content is never uploaded. Your journal is yours alone.
